Also the Lotus pitcrew messed up on the first time, which led Kimi to be stuck behind Webber and Hamilton. The gamble at the end was bad strategical planning. If they would have holded Kimi's 2nd pitstop maybe two more laps, he would have still ended up catching Massa. Now Kimi was stuck behind him and he probably used more of his tyres.

Kimi did a brilliant job to get up to second place, but it was a fight against windmills. And that's completely the fault of pitstop mistake and bad strategy after that.

Renault with Raikkonen seemed very reactive today, whereas as Webber was proactive.

Like i said above.. Vote for the driver who was involved in what was your "Farce" and then write a post qualifying your vote.. simples!

I voted for Massa purely because he didn't have the speed and nothing more than an overtaking statistic for all the other drivers around him.

As for Kimi's strategy, plus Schumi and Button's wheel changers well, that's part of the sport.

Hard to vote on a proper 'farce' in fact. Most bad performances were due to bad choices on strategy.

My vote goes to Ricciardo simply because he stayed a long time behind Kovalainen and finished behind Vergne, who started from the pits.

From what I saw, there wasn't a driver who was completely terrible. Even Massa was somewhat acceptable. I won't vote this week.

After last racing weekend, Sergio's form looked much worse so I vote him.

It was late so I went to sleep right after voting and so I didn't write anything regarding my vote.

Button wasn't at fault of course...just his pit crew. :D

I've voted for Narain. How he finished so far off the pace is beyond me. 50 seconds behind your team-mate is not a good showing.

Kimi Raikkonen's strategist. Watching Kimi drop like a rock like that was somewhat painful to watch.

Can we add "the usual keyboard experts who called Rosberg useless just 2 weeks ago and said he'd never win a race"?

Here here.

Although you could then add "the usual keyboard experts who called Mercedes useless just 2 weeks ago and said they'd never win a race".

That would include me.

They wouldn't have done it if they knew the tires would hit the cliff when they did now would they? It was a gamble, no one knows exactly when the tyres will last until and they were not far off. It didn't work this time around, but it might have.

Not knowing when Kimi's tyres would fall off is not their fault (although they should have been able to make an educated guess), but leaving him out there to crawl his way to 14th was stupid.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

A stop would have had him finish outside the points anyway, it became a case of damage limitation.

It was worth the risk, Raikkonen was only a handful of laps away from a great result. I don't see the problem in the strategy. Some you win some you lose.

Same risk they gave Vettel and Webber. Webber was on course for 4 stops but managed to cope on 3. Vettel was on course for 3 stops, but coped on 2. Kimi was just unlucky really.

It's easy to look at it now and say it was stupid, but the entire grid was only a pit stop apart. So an extra stop would have had them out of the points anyway.

Grosjean stopped twice, just like Kimi, IIRC. Considering it and the fact that Romain finished in a good pace and hadn't held a group behind him due totally worn out tyres, it seems Kimi had problems on saving his tyres for a 2 stops strategy and that leaded him to a terrible mid stint which ruined his race. That's a valid groud to vote him as farce of the race.
