I swear to God, I hope someone dumps him at the Paddock Hill braking area later on.

Pitlane exit is still racing surface though, if the roles were reversed, I bet you'd be saying Plato deserved to get dumped for giving the guy no room.

Nope, but then Newsham wouldn't be dumb enough to try that.

Racing surface or not, everybody knows that that tiny bit of surface he chose to use was about to disappear. It's not like there was any doubt - he used a bit of tarmac that was about to end, and he was no where near alongside enough to make it work. So as soon as it disappeared, he put wheels on the grass and drove into the side of him.

He is 100% at fault there. The only reason there was a bit of surface there was the 30 ft of pit exit, nothing more.

oh you would, you'd all be jumping up and down screaming "take that Plato" like little girls at a Take That concert.

I don't think I ever said it wasn't his fault.

I freely admit that I would not mind seeing it happen to Plato if the roles were reversed but I would also expect a similar punishment to be levied.

I would also expect Newsham, being a decent human being, to admit fault and accept the Clerk of the Course's judgement as a grown-up.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Let's be honest though; we wouldn't like it if there was a BTCC event without the ability to moan about Plato

And when we do it's always something he brings on himself.

Just got back from a day out with the family for this race. Had a quick gander in this thread and seems like a fun filled day so far.

I am all set for the last race now!

You've missed a pretty entertaining day - I love Brands Indy, can't understand the hate for it. Wish BTCC ran for a few more laps personally.

Hopefully we get a cracking and safe R3.
