SC start must be declared 10 mins before the formation lap I think, so unless it dramatically changes now we're gonna have a normal start :)

They can delay it a bit though, like in Brazil 2008 when it started to rain just before the warm-up lap. No SC start back then, it was only due to the deadline of changing tyres before the start.
