Twas a good race. Pastor being Pastor took 58 laps to happen; shame for RoGro.

what was it that Button discussed with Whiting? I must have missed it, because Lauda just now referred to the accident in Kyalami of 1977 where a marshall was run over and was dead, only to be identified by exclusion.

I think when there were yellows a marshal was by the side of the track. Vettel saw it too.

hopefully some footage will emerge soon.

Stood by the side of the track or 'stood' by the side of the track?

Martin Brundle often refers to the fact that as a driver you cannot see the water at Albert Park as you drive round. Well, I could see it from Maldonado's onboard :P

Oh, forgot to add - what a bloody great move from Vettel on Rosberg. Oh yeah lol, he can't overtake. Whatever.

Cool helmet cam on Ricciardo's car & I thought DRS was perfect - helped the racing without being silly.

I wonder why Hamilton lost so many seconds at his 1st stop. His stop looked okay, but he was just a few seconds in front of Vettel, and already 10s behind Button when he came back at the track.

He didn't lose it at the stop, he lost the time stuck behind Sergio Perez.
