John King:

He did 7 races in Truck series during the last 2 seasons. Average finish of 25.1, 1 lap led.

And now he is a Daytona winner.

My favourite stat of them all: 1 lead lap finish. And he didn't even finish any of his 3 races last season. Unbelieveable. And yeah I hadn't really heard of him before the race...

Checking his bio on his site. He jumped from Late Models to Trucks. He started racing in 2006.

NASCAR: Cartwheel list! :8:

Thanks Mattzel!

(I hope it doesn't take ten years to find the clearest view from pit lane like it did the last time a Truck hit the fence here! ;) )

Well... That was insane. I fell asleep a couple of times and had to rewind to see what I missed. It appears I missed a demolition derby. Yeesh. Glad all the guys were OK but damn, the driving skill was lacking tonight.

But, at least Todd Bodine didn't win.

I love how Ward Burton didnt give a shit about moving up until the 3rd GWC and he gets a top 10 out of it, very smart racing by a guy who hasnt been racing the last few seasons.

If its single file, caution free but Danica wins, FOX will still treat it like it is the greatest race in history and like she is the second coming.

She better wreck early, for all our sakes.
