Taken from Wikipedia so take with a pinch of salt?

Yeah. Also explains the AG after Sauber (Aktiengesellschaft) and the Sdn Bhd after Caterham (Sendirian Berhad).

No it's correct. It's a corporation whose share capital is divided into several stock-shares which are sold and owned by various stockholders. Nearly all big companies have this kind of structure

Not quite the same, but...

LdM. It was a reference to Singapore 2008.

Also included was the standard rant about aero and no testing.

He seems to have this idea that the rulebook should be built around what Ferrari wants, which no other team principal has.

Wow. What's his target?

Hopefully he can find a new home in a better team than Sauber.
