In Bernie speak that's just a pre-event celebratory firework display that went slightly out of control.

Apparently 'Out of the Blue' on the C31 is Chelsea FC...

Noticed that #RaceofDisgrace was trending on Twitter a little earlier on.

Sky News just did a brief report saying that violence in Manama has increased today.

New Jersey F1 race in doubt, Austin Texas still not sure, Spa and France to alternate most likely (tho whether it's Paul Ricard or Magny Cours is now unsure)... all sorts of news! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/17738493

Austin will be ready no problems, it may look like a construction site come race weekend, but the progress is comparable with India the same time from the race. They are making progress a lot faster than I expected.

As for New Jersey this video has surfaced

I thought the problem with Austin was that they don't have money anymore.
About that video, I cannot imagine them racing there, it looks so unsafe!

Money's been sorted out, the problem is over who owns the development, but that won't stop the construction.

I suppose Monaco would look quite unsafe if you saw it as it's supposed to look. Same with Albert Park. Probably the same with Singapore, actually. For the race, most of the traffic furniture will be dug up, there will be armco everywhere.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I'm sure it was said that Monaco is actually technically unsafe by FIA standards but they choose to overlook it because of the prestige.

suppose you're right :). Just the fact that they have speedbumps and stone in the road makes it mindboggeling they can make a safe circuit out of that.

Rumours that Sauber's "Out of the Blue" logo in China is to do with a deal between Chelsea FC, Roman Abramovich and Sauber.

So, he can't buy success in the Premier League. Now he wants to try his luck in F1?

Not that I mind that.

Under Abramovich's ownership:

Community Shield Winners - 2005, 2009

If he's happy to invest in F1 now, that's great news.

True, but no CL what Roman wants so badly. Still possible this year, but against Barca, meh...

Judging by the video, the New Jersey track seems to have a very simple look having as visual attractive only the NYC background. But considering the drastic changes that Albert Park suffers for the GP, I think this is going to be case for NJ too.

I don't have this confirmed, but apparently on the final day of Mugello testing, Ferrari will put Perez in the car in the afternoon session.
