nice idea, but it would surely cause conflicts.
It's good enough to have just more testing like in the past... it's just so sad to see that there is really no testing at all in F1...

Don't think it will be as simple as that. For example, Red Bull would never allow McLaren (who were almost even at the end of last year) to have more test days as the have. Maybe you could say something like if you don't score more then 10 WDC points you get two extra days, and if you score no points you get for extra days?

Every report seems to suggest the Ferrari needs work to compete with Red Bull/Mclaren. While having a look on Will Hill I thought I would see how the odds had changed since I last looked (pre testing). Alonso is still second favourite after Vettel. It could be that they are ignoring the testing of course.
