Indycar has never been good at accepting any form of dictatorship. The teams, especially Penske, just want a puppet they can manipulate for their own gain.

Penske isn't one of the owners, though.

A shame that Dragon has been forced into this situation, although at least they have got the race split right. Bourdais is a demon on anything with right-handers in it and Kathy isn't bad on ovals, certainly nowhere near as poor as she is on everything else.

I hope the owners realize that there are plenty of other people waiting to take there spots (Newman Haas, Shank, Conquest) we don't need the naysay car owners, we could see that clearly when new teams like Herta, Schmidt, Rahal, Fister have been the big stories at Indy over the past couple of years

It's really up to the IMS board of directors. And I don't think they'll take any action, which is good.

Owners will have to suck it up or leave the sport. Fuck them. It's not like they'd create a new series or anything.
