Good thing it's not Sunday, race would have been red flagged for sure. Though I rather wait 2 hours and see wet race than see a dull dry race.

They were showing the 2008 British GP on Classic F1 before FP2, where it was chucking it down in the middle of the race, quite similar to this. Did they red flag it? No. Did they deploy the safety car? No. Did anyone have a massive shunt? No.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Pit reporter told about Will Buxton's funny quote:

"Ironic to see Cars 2 truck next to Virgin pit. Lightning McQueen, like Virgin F1 car, is designed by computer only. But at least Lightning McQueen has won something."

The grandstand on the pit straight must tbe the worst value for money on the circuit. Thanks to the massive Wing building you can barely/can't see any other part of the track bar on the TV screens.

But they've become even bigger pussies since then. See Korea, and the start at Montreal. :(

Bit of blue sky. 8O

It has already stopped raining, no cars on the track as they obviously wait till sun dries up the track to be suitable for inters.
