Don't worry, I previously called Dario a moany old bastard. Whilst I understand Darios points in Texas and Milwaukee, I also understand Powers point at Toronto (and it becomes a bigger issue if penalties were ignored, but Mr Penske isn't exactly the best guy to ask about that). But then again I think theres a difference between drivers arguing (which can be great entertainment, especially rivalries), and calling the fans wankers. I won't be surprised if Power gets a bitch slap for that one. Fans are needed, especially with IndyCars low turn outs.

For me, that incident is just out of proportion. If Power had left a little more room then they'd have gotten through the corner and Power would still have had the position. It was pure luck that Dario didn't damage his steering, so it wasn't like he did that on purpose. This sort of accident happens every weekend in IndyCar races (and usually involves a KV driver or two ) and it doesn't get this much coverage. Just seems a bit mad to me.

One thing I observed at the restarts... Normally the guy in first took the inside of the first corner, but when Rahal and Dario were 1st and 2nd Dario went to the inside, obviously giving him a better line that the leader. Is that supposed to be regulated or guys just choose wherever they wanna drive?

True. Compared to some series, Indycar is pretty lax at handing out penalties.

If this race was run under F1 rules / enforcement, I think practically all the drivers would've had at least one drive thru penalty.

The leader can chose which side I believe, but Dario wasn't going alongside when they waved off the restart.

Hahaha blatently they missed all the recent times Dario has moaned and moaned. To be fair to Power, this is the first real time he has lashed out at Dario and he's right to.

Yeah. Except in this thread when I called him a moany old bastard (I think I did it in the Milwaukee thread too, but it may have been on another forum). But we'll ignore that to attempt to justify Will Power calling the fans wankers. Comments and threads like this where people act on pure emotion and refuse to actually have a grown up discussion on things is why TBK gets laughed at in other forums.

Nope. Just trying to have a thread that isn't based on the words CHEATING WANKER and FUCK BULLSHIT etc. You know, a discussion? Remarkably the F1 thread managed it despite the team orders scandal. This thread...not so much. Usually they improve the next day once people have managed to wash the sand out of their vaginas and calm down, and it was going fine until people started to not bothering to read the last few pages before making generalised sweeping inaccurate posts. Any chance we can DISCUSS what happened like grown ups?

Powers got the attitude of someone who's never been punched in the face. If he keeps getting hit by people hes the problem. Grow some brains boy that accident could have been avoided if he had a little sense and given Dario a bit more space. Then he would have still been in the race. c**t
