Yeah, I was hoping to see one too. But the people doing the youtube channel with all that footage at their disposal can't even be bothered to give us qualifying highlights. I hope it will be shown on the TV coverage.

Yeaa, not a very hard hit but that second backwards hit against concrete was what hurt.

Well she took 2 pretty square on hits to the wall. The first one probably crushed what energy absorbant space that was built into the cars for direct rear impacts and then the second hit, the car really had nothing to give except all gear box.

The first hit looks nothing to be too worried about, with the SAFER barrier, but having a second rear impact into solid concrete did look nasty. It's those unspectacular dead stops which often cause back/neck injuries. Good that she seems OK.

Does anyone have a downloadable version please? I can't seem to save that video with Firefox and DownloadHelper.

Yeah the first hit would've probably led to the energy absorbing attunetor taking the brunt of the impact but then the second hit would've been completely flush with the gearbox and such and the energy would've gone straight through to the driver.
