Must have been the first time I was disappointed to see Schumacher just miss out on a podium.

10/10, was brilliant once it got properly started. Also worth to add that people I know that don't really like or watch F1 are talking about this race so its been good for F1 as well. :)

not going to read the whole thread, but did anyone notice Schumacher using DRS before the mention "DRS Enabled" was on screen? Do the drivers get that message before we do?

Must have been the 122th time that I was relieved to see Schumacher miss out on a podium.

His drive was nothing special. Lucked out in the wet, painfully slow in the dry. Meh.

I'm by no means a Schumacher fan but elaborate on how you get from P7 to P2 in just a few laps without any fancy DRS-ish option activated?

Voted JB btw

race control messages are always delayed on the tv graphics, that's why they used drs before it came on the screen. penalty's are always called by the commentators before we see the message come up

One thing I am disappointed about is the length of time they kept the SC out after the red flag period, to the point where they were running on a track suitable for inters. These are world class drivers, they do not need to be babied through a wet track and the fact the drivers were on the radio saying it was fine many laps before they brought it in was silly.

5 safety cars, is that a record? I can't think of a race that had 5.

Yup, it was 6 though according to wiki

Also, got a picture of Liuzzi with a broken front wing, quite badly smashed, how did that happen?

I think it was before the restart on Lap 5. I saw as soon as Vettel crossed the line it went yellow, so I can only assume they bunched up at the chicane. I thought it was Karthikeyan though

This one.

Also, 89 passes apparently, 17 of them by Button. The total amount of passes so far is 370, with an average of 52 per race. Last year's average was 23.8
