Has anybody here actually stopped to think about how lucky we are to be experiencing this current era of sportscar racing? Sure, the coverage may not be great, but there's a definite 90's level of diverse machinery; plus a lot of the cars themselves are very tasty-looking indeed!

Busy rewatching the coverage I've recorded. I see that they had an onboard cam fitted in the #59 McLaren that crashed...WHY DIDN'T THEY SHOW THE ACCIDENT? (yes, the camera probably failed at the impact, but before that)

maybe they didnt have a signal for that camera at the time...

anyway, the camera operator at the top of Eau Rouge was a women, that explains a lot regarding the coverage I guess :p

Ekström is a really friendly guy, had to laugh during his press conference.
