When I was on there earlier it said the stream would only be available until 11:00 am and would come back at 2:30 pm

if you're watching indycar's official stream, no video, just audio from IMS radio. Stef posted a VERSUS link above that's showing the qualy.

Of course Versus don't realise there are places outside the US...

Just showed Briscoe's accident on the Versus coverage. Pretty big hit, and someone (couldn't see) wasn't too far from getting into him when he was sliding down the track.
