After that it was fair game for anyone, and you got cool shit like Ambrose's 1.


100% positive. There was never a rule prior to 2008 saying numbers had to be a certain style, certain, font, certain size etc.. (other than a minimum size)

There was plenty of variety in number styling, be it 2007, 2003, 2001 or earlier

Some other 2003 cars show the variety from that season;

Not sure why the Team Brock one would have made a fuss, it was much more 'traditional' than any of these.

Matthew White's team is trying to put a deal together to do the enduros again, but apart from that I haven't heard of anyone else doing so. And I believe the Denyer car is only doing Bathurst.

Dale Wood's confirmed to drive with Tony D'Alberto, and Marcus Marshall is with Michael Caruso.
