Simo is staying at Gresini but will continue with "factory" support.

I'm wondering what they'll do with Marc Marquez. The kid is obviously immensely talented, but I don't think Honda has the budget to run a 4th factory bike next season. Even if they did, is Marquez a risk being so small and so young (19 at the start of next season).

Earlier in the season Honda stated that they would scale back to only two factory bikes in 2012 for Stoner and Pedrosa. Then they recently announced Simo would be staying at Gresini in 2012 but on a factory-spec bike. There is nothing to stop Gresini taking Marquez on a customer bike in 2012 and then Honda providing him factory parts as he progresses.

Wasn't there a rule that you had to be 20 to get into MOTOGP?

I've not heard that one. The only rule I know about rookies is that they cannot ride for a works team in their first year.
