Cars hitting the ground are the one big weak point in current racing seats. Davidson was similar at Le Mans.

Yesterday there was six green flag laps, today five (of which two were not so to the end)

both were serious incidents. Hockenheim, while looking very wide in spaces, can somehow also look very narrow and dangerous.

Firstly, I hope the injuries for the drivers were not serious. The driver is connected to the car in a way that gives almost no protection at all for impacts on the bottom. Imagine dropping on a concrete floor from your seat, that's nothing compared to those hits we saw in GP3 today. That area of the car needs to be improved some way or at least take a look at it.

Secondly, GP3 has been a huge joke lately. Last year there was at least some level of professionalism involved by the stewards. Now it's all penalties, safety cars, mixed grids and very little racing. And if you look at the score board, it makes you think there's only a handful of drivers with great potential, but because all of this madness, there's few drivers who hasn't been able to collect much points despite good level of competitiveness that they have shown. FIA needs to pull their act together and fast, before the series becomes nothing but a joke.

There must have been about 4 cars that were never going to make the hairpin. Alice went flying into the side of her own team mate as well.

The second incident was just unlucky. It could have happened anywhere (Malaysia last year. Was it Petrov?). Of course they should try and level the grass out, but when it rains and cars go over it, it's not going to be smooth any longer.

As the excitement has clearly left Gaara unable to type, Da Costa won by over 4 seconds. Really impressive, again.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Da Costa is someone to watch for the future. Very impressive in an entertaining race.
