Nascar be like Oprah, just givin chase waivers to everybody. YOU GET A CHASE WAIVER! AND YOU GET A CHASE WAIVER! AND YOU GET A CHASE WAIVER! AND YOU GET A CHASE WAIVER! AND YOU GET A CHASE WAIVER!

All I can say is, Kyle better fucking get one too. If they can give one to his tool shed of a brother for allegedly beating on a woman and suspending him, they can give one to a guy who got hurt driving in their series, with some gross negligence on their part.

So the news around the shops up here is that NASCAR is going to use the Sprint All Star race as a "test" for the 2016 aero package. Which should include the superspeedway rear spoiler and NO side skirts.

Actually really excited about this.

That actually sounds really promising. Now, if they can do something about the splitter to cut the front downforce even further...

Jamie Dick has been diagnosed with diabetes. Hopefully like Kimball and Reed, he can continue to race.

Interested to see the package for the All Star race. If it's successful, why not bring it in sooner? And yes, please get rid of the front splitter and burn it with fire.

Meh it's good for random airbornes in restrictor Plate races when it digs into the grass..

That's it...

Which is actually another problem in itself. Loss of traction is punishment enough. No need to force teams to replace a nose on a spinout, which adds up to your time in the pits.

It came about when NASCAR seemingly wanted to cater to the tuner crowd with the debut of the COT and too bad they didn't dump it at the same time as that big ricer wing.

Some of these are quite LOL-worthy, especially the Logano and Keselowski ones.

Visited the International Motorsports Hall of Fame at Talladega Superspeedway yesterday. For $16 you got a museum tour and a half hour tour bus ride around the track. It was well worth it. Lots of "famous" cars, mostly stock cars, with some other disciplines of racing mixed in. Figured I'd post it here instead of my train thread 'cause everyone would think it was just more train pictures!

Didn't see it. Nor did I see the Mike Harmon Bristol car, or the Smokey & the Bandit Trans-Am which was advertised on the site. They also had the Wonder Bread car from Talladega Nights at one time but it wasn't there. I think they had an Elliott car, there was a victory lane space with his photo on it but it was empty.
