The articles I've seen doesn't specify Patricia Driscoll specifically... although her Twitter feed showed she was in Maryland a couple days ago and "headed home", whereas she's usually by Kurt's side.

Sucks. :(

Also, it was ironically 9 years ago at Phoenix his career hit a pretty huge snag.

Patricia Driscoll twitter indicates that she's currently in Phoenix. She also tweeted on Nov. 2 that she'll at both Phoenix and Miami races.

Well the Armed Forces Foundation has severed ties with him, and I think she has a big part in running that... I'm thinking she was indeed the source of the complaint.
