I wouldn't mind seeing a split here with NASCAR when we could have
both hilariously gimmicky races and pure, REAL RACIN' short track races on the same weekends by two different series.

Anyways:

From what I'm seeing on Twitter, Brian Ickler will be driving the #7 Bullet Liners Toyota for Red Horse Racing this year.

Sounds like quals at tracks 1.25-miles & up will be 3 rounds of knockout. Full field for 25 mins, then 24 for 10 mins, then 12 for 5 mins

The full field on the track for round 1? I might actually watch/record.

So at plate tracks it'll be a bunch of tandems pushing really hard.

This absolutley baffles me...So slowest speeds are tacked in the first round, and the pole wont be know till the 3rd? guess Ill have to see it in action. What does this mean for the Duels?

Duels/Non Points Events/Eldora do not apply to this.

Also only 1 set of tires allowed over 3 sessions.

1 set of tires for 3 rounds of qualifing?? That means at tire wear heavy tracks, that bottom half of the field may run faster speeds than the pole sitter??? :8: huh??

Guess that was the case in the old days in 2nd round qualifing, even if you had a pole running lap, you'd only get 26th..idk seems pretty intense to me

Have you ever watched Formula One qualifying since about 2006?

It's just like that.
