Gunther will be fuming. His drivers would have been meatballed.

For the safety of all drivers, F1 race directors always find a way to take Magnussen out of the pack before he can do more damage.

I'd like to think that Lewis actually has enough pace to give us a race. Pretty sure Max could disappear into the distance if he wanted, though. Let's see.

I've only seen the gap between them go up?

Will need a random SC and a risky strategy to stop Max today

If Ferrari can't do it, I can't see anyone doing it

Anybody could pull off a risky strategy *except* Ferrari. The problem is, only Ferrari have the pace to make it worthwhile :(

5s for Russell. Very very very mild for taking out a rival

Only 5 seconds?! Yikes he got off very lightly. I'm surprised Russell didn't come on the radio immediately: "Crickey he turned right into me!"

That's not worked out well for Mercedes. 3 cars between Verstappen and Hamilton now

The chances of a lead battle, which were NIL before, are absolutely ZERO now! ;)

Guess Mercedes still aren't used to factoring other cars into their strategies

Can they stop waiting so long with showing why there is a yellow if it’s just a spin like this? The longer it takes, the more you fear the worst.

Leclerc pitted from 2nd but was timed 1st over the line... wonder if you could win the race that way if the SC is out on the last lap

Two cars have spun off by themselves now. The wind seems to be a big factor today. Hoping this gives us more of a race now.

Formula E Says no.

Aryton Senna at Donington 93 says yes.
