Looks like he hit the fence and came to rest in a very awkward position (unless the fence was already a bit wonky).

He went over the tire barriers and got wedged between the wall and catchfence.

If he's ok there's really no reason not to show it now, unless they're trying to hide the fact that the car jumped the barrier.

At least according to Sky germany (talked to beat zehnder).Zhou is out of the car and in the medical center. Talking, no visual injuries

Lets calm down on demands for a replay, they still have 2 hours to fill, if he ends up being OK they'll slide it in somewhere, they're not shy about showing big crashes in this era
