Haven't been following too closely... did they use an even lower HP package because they were afraid of ultra high speeds on the new pavement?

Cup cars using the full SS package. Xfinity and Trucks using their SS engines with normal spoilers.

I know that they will not do it, but can they for example change their engine spec from SS to normal during weekend if there will be a lot of unhappy drivers or they can't change that that quickly?
