I would be downright gobsmacked if anything more than a token $500,000 fine was applied to go to the FIA Road Safety thingy.

its likely a discussion if spending's for Red Bull Advanced Technologies and the engine department fall under it or not.

In that case they'll probably end up with a warning at most.

I also believe there'll be no salary caps given F1 has only 2 "players" instead a full roster of 20 players like NBA or 52 at the NFL, I guess the payroll for 2 drivers and high achieving personell is still less than half of an american professional sportsteam payroll

so about the cost cap, champions will be unofficial until they get through the auditing phase?

What every Hamilton fans hope but will never happen

It is funny that the entire Hamilton fanbase is circle jerking over the fantasy that RBR and Verstappen gets kicked out of the 2021 championship and at the same time arent bothered 1 bit about Aston Martin.

They can circle jerk all they want. Nothing big will happen

The FIA tells Toto and Meikes to wind it in.

Max can win the title this weekend or the next. Sour Toto needs to change the narrative of the weekend

If RBR and Aston have indeed exceeded the budget cap then I think all the other teams have every right to feel pretty sour over it and hopefully the punishment would be a large one.

Just when you thought the 2021 season had finished being toxic and leaving a foul taste in the mouth it returns to bite back hard

I doubt it will be a large one. The FIA doesn't want it to affect the championship.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the fia comes out saying there has been confusion over the rules within all the teams and moving forward they’ll come with clarifications and leave it at that

Or a 2019 style behind closed doors punishment and a mysterious pace loss for Red Bull (obviously hoping it'll make the title run a bit more exciting but not change the destiny of the title in the long run, good for Liberty too)

Only fair penalty: Red Bull is banned from using Adrian Newey for 2 seasons

Nah. Newey has to share his secret. He says it’s using an actual drawing board. All teams copy and come out with absolute shitboxes
