Hoping that Red Bull haven't shown their true potential yet, but unfortunately Mercedes seem to have had the stronger car for the last few races. Max is only in contention because he's driving at 100% (and sometimes more).

AMuS has spoken to at least one Mercedes engineer who is\are under the impression that the Red Bull is a better car over longer distances.

Of course, this could be unterhunding to never-before seen levels, but if they are telling the truth...

Conspiracy... Red Bull are independent constructors with an engine partner leaving after this season... It's in the FIA's interest to keep Mercedes happy, thus doing what they can to ensure another title.
