Sergio Perez can take Hamilton out at any point later in the season. This is a no-brainer. Helmut Marko is a ruthless character. He won't back off from this IMO.

They also have a driver in another team that has brain fades sometimes

so 2022 contract for Tsunoda if he turns kamikaze mode on?

This can only be resolved at the top - Toto and Christian, behind the neutral Ferrari garage after the race. Steiner and Vasseur will keep an eye out for teachers the FIA.

Can someone good at coding develop an app the automatically mutes Martin Brundle when he starts talking about racing etiquette?

IMO the attacking car when going for the inside always has a bigger responsibility. Rarely the attacker on the inside will have the worst outcome on contact.
Best case he has an overtake.
If it doesn't work out it's most likely the guy in front gets punted off.
Only in the worst case you are both out. But then again, that's kind of a good scenario because the car in front of you would have gained more points than you.

Does he forget that his golden boy is a race and change in front and should be points racing. Ham had more to lose.

I mean... yes. It probably wasn't based on an intension Hamilton might have had before the race. It might not have even been based on any intension Hamilton had a´t the beginning of the straightaway. But I am a 100% sure that Hamilton exactly knew what would happen when he lifted exactly as much as he did and not more (let alone breaking). And I try to descrive why I think so.
You can discuss as much as you wont about whos corner it was based on if Hamilton was alongside or not. For the record: I don't think he was alongside and therefore I din't think Max was even obliged to give room to Hamilton in the first place. However I will admit that Hamilton wasn't behind by much, so there is room for discussion. What happened then is: Max gave Hamilton a good car width of room. By choice. So that renders all these discussions about being alongside and whos corner that was irrelevant.
Now: Max left room for Hamilton. For one car. I hope none of you would argue that.
Lewis MUST have known, that he is too fast to make the apex. He gets hundrets of millions to know how to make apexes. And he also MUST have known that Max wouldn't leave more room than one car width. Why would he? No driver ever left more room than required. Ever.
So being aware of that two facts, Lewis did what he did and therefore in my opinion very much accepted to hit Max.
Is that "on purpose"? I'm no native speaker. So no idea.
But "Lewis wouldn't risk an accident as it would hurt him as well", right? Well, also in my opinion, when you are on the inside and hit the back wheel of the cars on the outside, you have a 99,5% chance of sustaining less damage than the outsude car. And that is the third fact the Hamilton knew.
Just my 2 cents.

10 second penalty for Hamilton, so stewards decide he's to blame for the incident.

Fair penalty I suppose. Anything more would have been pure emotional hysteria.
