The restarts were exactly the same in the supports. It's the same as Baku, leader is starting as late as possible to avoid the slipstream. The back of the pack could wait for the car in front to go before flooring it...

Something I noticed though: The timing tower said green flag well before the DRS line but Bottas only started well after it. Miscommunication with the flag boards?

In the US, when the green flag is out durring restart you just go.
But in f1 yoi need wait for the leader to go.

I think that's the confusion here. Green is out but BOT still have right to control the start.
