Renault needs him more than he needs them for development and so, but to hire him he'll ask for a shitload of money that Renault cannot afford to spend

so I bet they're hiring Roberto Merhi or Miguel Molina

Meanwhile Daimler board director Ola Källenius confirmed to Sky of Germany that Mercedes will continue with Hamilton and Bottas for 2021 season.

So... Vettel out, Sainz in Ferrari, Ricciardo in McLaren and Alonso in Renault before half way in this season?

If that's the case, Vettel is done unless Kimi retires and he goes to Alfa

Except both Vasseur and Zehnder wants to keep Kimi.

And since Seb was not offered reneval from Ferrari, I don't see him going for their junior team.

There's no good seats free for next season for Vettel and his own statement from spring suggest he's not after midfield or low tier seat.

I still don't believe Vettel will finish the season for Ferrari. Hell be a sports car driver at best next year.

The question is...will he always be the most undermined and derided 4 times world champion?

No, because Senna fanboys will continue to take care of Prost :flag:

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Was quite interesting that Marko was apparently the first person Vettel spoke to after getting the news that he was being made unemployed. He says it wasn't to ask for a drive

Feel quite bad for Albon if this is heading the way I think it is

OK, if the BBC are running it, it's definitely happening - Fernando's back!

There's no country for the old man, strictly PR decision.

I know driver salary is outside of the new budget cap but the money spent on Alonso can be spent a whole lot better at this point.

Kubica's doing FP1 for Alfa. This is in addition to Jack Aitken taking Russell's Williams for 90 minutes

I guess Nando will change his salary for a big Kimoa display on the engine cover

This is the silliest silly season of all. It was already weird not seeing the drivers in their new teams but rather in their current teams.
