Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR XFINITY Series, NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series & SPEED Energy Stadium Super Trucks will be racing at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend. Trucks move their November date to March this year. TMS will be adding VHT in portions of the track for this weekend. SST will host both of their races on Sunday before & after the Cup. SST track layout will be the same as last year.

NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour competes their southern swing this Saturday at South Boston Speedway. Late Model Stock Cars will also have Twin 75 lap features.

NASCAR K&N Pro Series West has their first asphalt oval race of 2019 this weekend at Irwindale.

NASCAR PEAK Mexico Series hosts their 2019 season opener at Monterey.

PASS, ACT & several other regional tours will be racing at Richmond this weekend. Five Flags hosts the season opener for their Blizzard Series this Saturday. Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series will be in action at Talladega Short Track (Friday) & Senoia Speedway (Saturday).

Biffle ran a few laps in Truck practice yesterday in Kyle Busch's truck. Apparently it was in preparation for him running a KBM truck in the June race at Texas during the IndyCar race weekend.

This place was never any good, but good god almighty they ruined this track when they flattened the shit out of 1&2. So dumb and dangerous now.

Yeah, I know Busch is amazing but this last run is exactly why the new Texas is fucking trash. All you have to do it hold the bottom line in 1 & 2 and you’re fine.

The geometry of that end of the track is awful. The entry and exit are just cancer.
