It will be a blue balls finish. They'll get to the dumb overtime line and someone'll spin out. Barely touches the wall and caution.

Crap. Weather forecast is clear except for Friday, so no chance of the chaotic Spring race from last year where everyone had to try to stay up front due to weather threatening. Maybe the stage racing will keep it somewhat racy instead of the Dale Jr. pied piper shit.

The plate races are the only races where the 'stage' format actually makes a difference. It should stop everyone from running single file in the middle parts of the race.

That being said, I still hate the format, and it annoys me having to hear Jeff Gordon tell me how great it makes the racing every week.

Oh, and I'm all aboard the Bayne trayne for Dega in fantasy.

Reminder that this is the last plate race we will ever see with old-school stock cars. I would love it if ARCA put on a hell of a show to send them out in style.

Seeing what time the race starts...it'll get dark before they can finish properly. Have the organizers forgotten that Talladega doesn't have lights, or how ARCA plate races tend to play out...?
