Oh right, silly me thought the Busch caution would become the mandatory caution, what do I know :-p

Odd now the rule change that states that teams cannot put cars into the garage, repair them and bring them back out
That's always been part of NASCAR history, especially in championship hunts with those involved in title battles trying to squeak a few extra points out of an early crash.

So they don't have to penalise drivers who get wrecked, repair the car and wreck the idiot who wrecked them. We know its not because of debris since they need actual debris cautions.
