or a seat fitting for goodwood or pirelli.

The ignorant hate comments are pathetic however

Might well be an older picture based on that alone - the airbox looks nothing like any current car, and neither does the steering wheel. They would sit him in a real chassis for a seat fit.

Still, seems like a pretty huge claim to make if you don't mean it...

Timo posted earlier on Instagram saying he was heading to London on a "secret mission". Will be interesting to see what comes out of this although I suspect it will be sim work or a demo.

Yeaa he did but that's not the reason for Pugs not being on the grid.

He was caught at customs the first time with cocaine in a hidden compartment of the transporter. He was caught red-handed the second time in the middle of a deal in a hotel car park.

Cocaine was being hidden in oxygen / gas canisters. It happened while Tim Harvey was heading to the 1992 title. It seems customs got suspicious with the amount of testing the team was doing in continental europe.

And then he got busted for smuggling again in the 2000s along with fellow scumbag Jerry Mahoney (an ex-BTCC racer who ran the BTCC version of the Paddock Club).

They tested a lot at Zandvoort I recall.

I mean, as lucrative as the whole drugs thing is, the motorsport fan in me is thinking "Damn, you could test on Zaandvoort and you wasted your time getting high? Get a grip mannnn" :p

Is there any kind of graph showing the correlation between teams who spent their testing time testing and those who spent their testing time drug running?
I'd like to see if the drugs stuff affected team performance at all...

Look at this way, both Will Hoy and Tim Harvey became BTCC champions thanks to coke money. That's hard to take in as Will Hoy is a hero of mine.

Nah, you got that round the wrong way. Whereas the other two won titles because of drugs, Enge lost his because of drugs.

Wrong year. It was 2002 that Enge was busted and lost the title to Bourdais.

Zandvoort should had opened a coffee shop by the track. In the Hugenholtz Cafe you got the best selection of Ganja Cakes, all made by our motorsport chefs Tomas Enge and Randy Lanier

Just being funny and supportive Renault or hinting at something?

Whoever operates Renault's Twitter account has a cracking sense of humour, so I think it could be either :D
