If I was Mercedes, I would pit Hamilton for new tyres.

It's wonderful nostalgia. The German in the red car built by Italians has won the race through strategy.

Not me. It's been a dreadful race. Passing during pitstops is even worse than passing with DRS.

That would almost certainly piss away the double podium. He might get past Max with ultra-softs on but I don't think he could get Kimi as the cars are too evenly matched.

How come in Barcelona Kimi showed very good pace? Maybe we have to wait till China to see, if this weekend is just an exception.

Now that the cars are faster, the races will be over sooner. Good in this case.

Traditional Kimi inconsistency? I just checked out his record here for some kind of indication of form, and there is no pattern

This is f1 though, not some feeder level where you can get away with exceptions. He's significantly slower in the race winning package.
