I thought Vettel pitted under VSC in Canada. Doesn't the rule say: "Drivers may not pit, unless it is to change tyres. "
I need to find the rulebook.

No further action on King/Ghiotto. That's surprising, they usually like to give out penalties.

Its allowed in F1 but they started closing the pit lane under the VSC in GP2 after Monaco last year so that nobody gains any advantage.
