Obligatory salute to Ferrari, solid 5th position, hardly faster than a Toro Rosso with a 2015 engine

Hamilton would have been out if Ferrari aren't fucking dumb. Would, would, would.

Just saying that I hope Rosberg now doesn't think he was the best and the fastest. Just like Hamilton shouldn't think he is the fastest of them all because of his many victories in de best car.

Sector time doesn't matter if you can prove you lifted in the yellow flag zone

Slowing enough is a bit of problem in conditions like these where track improves basically every second.

And also in case where driver has made mistake on earlier lap so the sector time isn't clean.

Track was improving each lap.

I think he lifted more then Hulk did in Austria.

There's a bit of confusion about the rules regarding slowing in yellow flag zones; the rule says you can't set a fastest sector - this is true, but it does not refer to the 3 sectors that are shown on TV. It refers to the 20 or so sectors that are used by race control and are usually demarcated by marshals posts or similar. I remember a race a few years ago where Button set a purple TV sector under yellows but was not punished as he did slow down in the relevant RC sector.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I'm not sure whether Hamilton was on the pole lap. Yes, it was a stunningly quick first sector, but he missed the apex at the chicane and traction wasn't good in the exit, before the yellow flags.

And in case you were wondering, I made it on the world Feed again...three times!

First during Q1 in first two red flags, after track inspection for Erikson crash, I was the guy standing under big Finnish flag, while waving a smaller one. Both our flags, yes, thanks for asking. The second red was just before the anouncement and you can see me next to red flag graphics again waving, both hands up.

Third time is deja vu from Monza 13. Just after Q2 when Kimi was out. You can see me waving both hands and turning towards the camera...after turning wrong way at first, but learned from my mistake and turned to the right way on the last minute. Then picture cut to Kimi who was walking at the pitlane.

First red flag and delay was a joke, it saa barely raining! Just few showers, but still a good bbq-weather. My dad Didn't want to put raincoat on and I put it on for barely nothing.

A good eventful day from my point of view.

E: so...ummm..if any of you gaught these, I'd appreciate if you'd share. Thank you! P.S: I'm going for the grand slam tomorrow!

No further action for Rosberg. However, there's still discussion on the drivers that fell outside of the 107% in Q1.

Rosberg cleared

the telemetry demonstrated that the driver reduced speed significantly into Turn 8

and once again confusion about the rules puts FIA credibility under threat

I wish qualifying was the same as the one from 2003-04

The FIA's credibility is not under threat from TBK members

Red Bull would have been stupid not to protest it - it costs them nothing at the end of the day.

Rosberg has to be the luckiest freaking driver out there

Anyone notice that aside from his fluke pole, when the manor crashed charlie waited until he had completed his lap then immediately threw the red?
Like, fuck a potentially injured driver, we need to make sure the top guys aren't screwed by red flags

Oh well, that's this weekend's excitement over with, boring rosberg win tomorrow with hamilton knocked off form by realising fate/god doesn't exist and life is just Batshit unfair sometimes.
