it could work by drivers racing by radio control or just creating an AI embedded with the racing style of great drivers like Mario Andretti and Ayrton Senna

It's definitely possible, although I guess even modern tracks wouldn't be safe enough if anything breaks. Even the ground effects cars in 1982 were pushing the endurance limits for drivers, but when you take the soft fleshy part of the car away you would only need to worry about the effects of g-forces on fluids.

Someone needs to mod this.

Race will restart on lap 72 with the current running order. Newgarden & Daly will not be able to run in the race (classified as a DNF)
