I thought for sure Majeski was done when Smith picked him up on the restart, that was an impressive performance to score the win.

Man, that bud finish under yellow, I think they waited for the leader to get to that new marker line to trow the yellow. That might have been advised that they would do that on the briefing. Don't know. When it cuts for the leaders right after the caution if looked like they were slowing down before the caution was announced, or knew that it was going to be activated at that line and lifted the gas pedal as soon as they passed that.

It shouldn't matter anyway because it was on the white flag lap.

I don't like the rule, many other series have no issue of either doing GWC's or not doing them at all. Just don't count caution laps for the last 25 laps/10% distance of the race IMO

I just FF'd thru my recording of the clash. I know they changed the ending on yellow rules somehow, and I'll admit to not caring enough to have read all the new rules, but that didn't seem very different. There was once again a crash behind the leaders on the last lap, and once again the yellow came out at an arbitrary spot, and once again the cameras weren't focused on the leaders when it came out, and once again when they showed who was leading when it came out I hit the stop button and turned on cartoons.

that race was a fucking joke, and it's a shame it became another case of Let's Wreck All The Cars because when they weren't running over each other it actually had some decent racing. it's a complete embarrassment to the history of the sport. they put that garbage on network television and expect people to take the sport seriously? they want new fans? i know it was just an exhibition but the driving standard in that race was as low as it's ever been. there hasn't even been an ARCA plate race that amateurish in the past 10 years, in fact the ARCA race today would have been one of the least retarded NASCAR plate races of the past 10 years. but this is de rigueur now, this is what happens every single time, and every single time the race ends under yellow despite whatever ridiculous rules the sanctioning body comes up with. i'm so glad Gordon retired.

This...is now officially Post-JAFFcar.

it's just a shame that Jaff has to waste his time and his breath every weekend shilling this shit. his commentating today was at a level that the current state of NASCAR doesn't deserve. i hope he's getting a nice big fat paycheck.

I wish I could have stayed 11 forever, when the sound of Eli Gold and Buddy Baker and Glenn Jarrett made me wince with excitement, and TNN was the primary religion of my household, because NASCAR and monster trucks and swamp buggies and tuff trucks and shit
