Not being able to watch NASCAR means more time for me to watch hockey, which is what I've spent the last two months doing!

There should be a window between 3 and 9 pm eastern tomorrow to get the cup race in if local weather forecasts are to be believed.

Kyle Benjamin won the K&N East race. Dalton Sargeant crashed into the inside wall right at the half time break and there were a couple blown tire crashes as well but nothing of real significance happened there either.

I cut the cord a few days ago. Nevermind that I'm not really missing anything since the dispute started.

Whenever a race gets rained out at Bristol, that's Jeff Byrd crying in heaven about what he did to this track.

NASCAR fans: "We want more side by side, 3 wide, multiple groove racing!"

NASCAR fans: "We want single file racing where you have to wreck people!"

I love side by side 3 wide multi groove racing! At Charlotte, not Bristol. You can't sell it as "the last great colosseum" and promote wrecks and fights and a good ol short track brawl, then have cars be able to race and not touch each other. I want to see a good old fashioned bristol demo derby.

Bumping a guy out of the way is exciting. Bumping a guy out of the way because its the only way to make a pass is not.

Agreed. Never a fan of that type of stuff.

Hey guys we have a track that has a type of racing not seen at any other track. We have a waiting list, years long, to get one of the 160,000 tickets. The cars beat and bang and wreck and tempers flare due to the close quarters racing. How do we make this better??

I got an idea!

What is it?

Lets change the entire track and make it exactly like all the other tracks!

GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!

There was a progressive banking fad a few years back. Everyone got a boner over it working on the bigger tracks so they decided to ruin a good thing.
