I think it just stopped being funny and started being dangerous as all hell.

Kenseth could've been running over 200mph into someone going about half that....suddenly you have a memo gidley style accident and that's a hell of a lot different than the usual type of daytona crash.

Can we make a list of drivers who doesn't like this format?

I'll start:
Clint Bowyer
Kyle Larson
Tony Stewart

Surprised that none of the Fords made the top 12.

I think Kurt Busch can be added. He compared it to drawing bingo balls.

Ryan Newman...

Tony is taking aim at Kenny Wallace on Twitter.

"@TonyStewart: @Kenny_Wallace that's not a show, it's a joke and you know it"

The complaining isn't really new, everyone was fairly critical of the format at the restrictor plate races last year, especially at the second Talladega race when several big name drivers almost missed the race. The group qualifying is a good idea on the short tracks and road courses, but it's not the right format for tracks where the draft plays a big part.

Watching NASCAR is certainly a struggle.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

That Kenny Wallace account has to be a spoof....

But yeah watching cars sit on pit lane for 4 mins out of 5 is a helluva show!

I'm impressed by Tony's ability to use the apostrophe correctly. You don't see much of that from drivers (driver's?). lol

Do they mean to play all the team radios simultaneously?
It's annoying as hell

this is so stupid.

In my opinion they also need to get the cars that didn't advance out each group of qualifying behind the wall. I honestly see it as a safety issue if someone wrecks on a front straight on a track like Daytona or most of the 1.5 milers
