Rain today would have always caused delays. And tomorrow will always have been dry in the afternoon. No surprise

Pirelli are concerned about how slippery the track will be in the wet:
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/116683

There was heavy rain overnight although its dry for the start of FP3.

Back to square one in regards to rubber on the track. Could be an interesting FP.

Considering the track was revised for 2014, technically LucasWheldon is correct ;)

Has the track actually been reprofiled? I don't think so. They just added some run-off and moved the pitlane exit

Turn 2 has been reprofiled, it is now slightly tighter. But it's almost indistinguishable from the TV footage.

Countless and countless witnesses who went to Interlagos are complaining about F1 engine noise, "it's not the same anymore", "it's unbelievably shitty", "it's depressing". Looks contraditory to realise that on the end of 2014 Season, but so many people need to see and hear it in person so they can see F1 is really going down the road violently.

The stands in Interlagos are only lamentations and downcast faces .... this is definetly not the F1 that's going to renew its fanbase. Join that with 18 cars grid and Teams in financial risk....that's the decadence of F1 If nobody is working to recover it.

There was 2 singe lap sessions in 2004, Q1 was run in championship order on low fuel & would set the running order for Q2 which would be run on race fuel.

The fastest lap in Q1 was 1'09.822 (By Rubens), The pole lap in Q2 (Also Rubens) was 1:10.646.

so that might be the cause of confusion, they counted the lap that went for pole

Although the new engines don't bother me, F1 is exhibiting the same deluded self belief in their own importance that is starting to bring down some big companies here, in that they believe they needed to change because it was the 'modern' thing to do, no it wasn't, there was no need for F1 to explore these new technologies.

Marin Brundle is doing an interview with Peter Windsor on Sky at the moment and the same thing is hapenning with 3 car teams, Windsor is convinced it's the way to go, and no matter what Martin says he will not even entertain his view, let alone answer any of the observations Martin is making.

The new engines won't kill the sport alone, but with everything else, will help bring it down eventually unless changes are made soon to the way the 'sport' operates.
