Roving cameraman standing on the bank is what sticks out to me (pun unintended).

Mie University Hospital. Not that far from the circuit, apparently

for a moment I thought all was going to be well when the driver of the truck went back in, seemingly continuing the job of removing Sutil's car.

And what will you say us with that thought?

Nothing special actually. I'm just waiting like the rest of us here. I was wondering if we could see him near Jules' car (some pictures on the Daily Mail link show he was) on the live broadcast. I'm trying to see things, to understand.

I think we can assume it's less than 20 minutes away, based on Hartstein.

Mika Salo said (for Finnish TV) that the footage the stewards have seen shows Bianchi’s car going underneath the tractor head first and not sideways.

I know you have to take these social media updates at face-value, but Jesus...

You could see from one of the pictures posted here that one of the wheels from Jules car was lying underneath the cockpit of that tractor. So it really looks like he hit that thing head-on first which is the worst possible scenario.

Well the main difference being that the back of the tractor is reasonably square in shape and not two inches thick like a tail lift, although I did see a rather concerning tow hook type element on the back of the tractor in one of the photos.

What saddens me the most at the moment, like in every serious road accidents, is the terrible feeling Jules' family must have while waiting for news...

He was taken to Mie university hospital which is less than 10 miles away from the circuit.
