If was funny, the group I was with was walking out of the track and we started talking to another couple that was walking out. After about 10 mins we asked where they were from... They were from Torrington, CT which is only about 30 minutes north of us.

But anyway, yeah defintely a lot of Canadians there. That was the first place I ever heard the Canadian Anthem (1994).

A ton of Canadian flags in the RV lots. Also saw a ton of the blue and white Quebec flags.

Our expectations are so low we might be surprised.

Man, all these videos and noone posted the one where Jimmy Spencer tried to whip Wally Dallenbach's ass after wrecking?

3 hour, 13 minute and 10 second mark is where all the fun begins. Apparently Derrike Cope got into it with Larry Mac in the same race a little later on!

I went to this race and, as a Rusty fan, loved the finish. Felt bad for Mark. Endng really sets up 2 hours and 26 minutes in...

If I remember correctly he wrecked Ernie while Ernie was leading. It was actually an entertaining race.... I think.

Here's another race I remember, the last 500 miler at Dover. The Yates cars combine to lead over 400 laps but neither one finishes

2 hour 56 minute mark is where it starts getting interesting for the leaders. Also, the huge crash with Geoff Bodine, Dick Trickle and Bobby Hillin is at the 1 hour 37 minute mark, Trickle got airborne twice in the same wreck.

1993 Splitfire Spark Plug 500. Restart wreck. Hut misses a shift and Rusty, who was trying to make up 2 laps after a cut tire, gets into the back of him triggering it all. Rusty would go on to make up his laps and win. His 1st of 3 in a row.

This is what old TBK was like, except all the YouTube videos would be download links. Nascar's shittiness has united the majority of us. Just because the races suck doesn't mean the threads/discussions should.

I remember 2008 having a decent finish with Biffle, Kenseth, and Edwards going at it.

Ah yes, the days of hour-long downloads on 56k and Rapidshare links.
