NASCAR's issue is mainly with chrome. This is brushed metal (like Dale Sr's '95 Winston Select car), so they'll likely allow it.

Enough with the shitty fucking blue outline on everything, RPM. I know most of the 43 & 9 schemes have been like this for a few years now.....I really wish this design would go away.
