Hulkenberg's overtake on both STRs was the best action of the race.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

In this cases. Charlie have to immediately say if the pass was legal or not. Not to give a 20s penalty at the end of the race.

Only if the team asks for a clarification. They didn't ask, so they'll have to take their chance in the stewards' room.

Besides, Charlie's word isn't always law. Just ask Lewis...

regarding Alonso...

how many times will we have this discussion again?

Just make sure drivers that gets off track are punished because of that.

I once heard a saying by Steven Tyler: "why does a dog lick his balls?

Because he can"

If Alonso has indeed escaped a penalty then that's disgraceful. But fair play then to him for keeping his foot in.

Perhaps we should go back and undo the following penalties...

Hamilton at Spa 2008
Alonso at Silverstone 2010
Vettel at Hockenheim 2011

Feel free to fill the gaps

Looking at the Pictures that Toto posted I stand my point I had already when it happened live.Alonso must have seen Vergne so he knew he had to get off the track to overtake him.So Illegal.

How is it any different to Grosjean at Hungary? If anything, Grosjean was even further ahead, and also forced wide.

Damn the FIA are full of incompetent bellends.

I hope he only got away with it on the basis that he was coming out of the pit exit and not any other reason.

Its another graveyard runn off area wich invited drivers to overtake....
Tell me how manny drivers did overtake somebody on the grass/gravel 7 years ago??? None!!!
But today you have the option to overtake illegaly and still u dont get penalty....
I dont get the fucking steward decisions!!!! Its the same a Grosejans in Hungary....
This is getting out of hand now, more and more they overtake off the line....
Only Monaco, Japan remains a challenge now.
They are really destroying everything.... with the stupid run off areas.
1 mistake and it should be game over like in the past!!!
