This is 1 incident (as far as I am aware), I won't pretend I have never had a bad day and lashed out at someone during a time of stress.

He's been told by the team to stop his public criticism of them and he hasn't. He then went further and directly insulted them, not criticised them, all because they didn't quite line up Massa correctly in front. I don't see how this can somehow be twisted into him being more mature.

His mental break down at the end of last season, which begun in Suzuka and went all the way through to Brazil says otherwise too. He continually drip fed quotes to the press playing terrible mind games, drove into Raikkonen and had a hissy fit at him, and said that Red Bull were cheaters.

As I said, I probably don't follow things closely enough, so hey maybe I am wrong. You make a series of good points. But I didn't try and twist his criticism of the team into a claim he is more mature. I suggested he might be having a bad day, that's all. Maybe that isn't true either, it was just an alternate suggestion.

The problem for Alonso is that Kimi could well be giving him plenty of bad days.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

So if Kimi beats Alonso in 2014, does that definitively mean the Spaniard is not the best allround driver in F1?[/justtrolling]

Massa beat Raikkonen in 2008 and 2009. So to that logic he would be > than Raikkonen and > Alonso.

Massa didn't beat Kimi in any terms. Qualifying maybe, but Kimi's race pace was far more better. It was the team that occasionally screw things up for Kimi with bad strategies. And changing Kimi's front suspension to softer version without informing the driver wasn't a move that helped either. There was more going on in 2008 and 2009 in Ferrari than what the results can tell.

But what ever, the bullshit will stop only when the Australian GP 2014 is underway. I believe that Kimi and Fernando will be close to each other.

Massa only beat kimi because kimi couldn't give a shit any more. He was more interested in ice hockey, snow boarding and rallying.

No way in hell Massa's a better driver than Kimi.

As that autosport article mentioned. Massa wasn't as bad as people say. He just didnt reached that level anymore after his accident.

Spa has always been a track kimi excelled at. Besides, he only had to beat a Force India (which I believe had no kers). Similarly Massa's always seemed to become epic at Turkey and resume normal service soon after.

I don't believe the kimi we had in 2008 and 2009 was driving as good as the kimi we have now (or the one we had in 2007 for that matter). Besides, it's not like he didn't have options to stay in F1.

And because he drove a FIArarri, he was allowed to use all the runoff as an extra part of the track to his advantage without penalty...hurrrr hurrrr
