 putting Nationwide patch on Carl's suit mid-interview. Also, Nationwide banner falling off the car mid-interview.

C'mon. It sucks, but it was some damn hard racing, and decent to watch.

Just curious - when Gordon won all those races in the late 90's, how many fans did NASCAR lose to the "FUCK THIS SHIT I'M OUT" epidemic? Since the Horse is only back for one race, and some are already making assumptions that he's back for good, what's the difference between the ridiculousness of then (days most of us long for, btw) and the ridiculousness of now?

I think people are overreacting, as usual. I'm sure they lost some fans back then, tho.

At least Billy Johnson gets to drive the 60 at Montreal, providing Roush doesn't decide to put Earl in at the last moment.

If Robby Gordon was racing that wouldn't of happened.

Just watched the race.. DVR... Great racing. Wish Hornish could have pulled it off but.... Why not more road courses? By far the most entertaining races these days!

Trevor Bayne is going to be back in the 60 at Bristol. Considering who the 60 is paying tribute to, there is no way Roush would put Edwards in the 60 at Bristol.

Yep, the RC's are about all that's worth watching in Nationwide this year, yet still they get the "OMG BORING" shit from the oval-only fans... :yuk:

Good job that they're back on one next weekend too, Montreal is always good for the lulz,

Good race, shit winner, you usually only get one of the two anyway, never both!

The only thing that's bad with RC's are the length of the cautions... I wish there was a way to make them quicker, or have quickies, or something. Not much they can do, however.

I like 'em as they are, anyway!

Also, who is the 60 paying homage to at Bristol? Gonna have to check that out...

*EDIT*

So Roush won't have Edwards in the car because it's "We Back Pat" (Summit). Really? Am I missing something?

They finally made a Mister Ed tribute car?
