I'm quite interest about this potential Vettel-Ferrari deal.

There will be a route unveiled later today, but it's just a fantasy thought up as a promotion for McLaren sponsors Santander. It isn't real, and a lot of the media seem to believe it is.

Oh, and it's like the classic news stories. "Australian GP to be axed" as we get in the run up to Melbourne for example. There's always plans for a London GP as Silverstone approaches...

the closest F1 will ever get to London is that demo they did in 2004.

Sadly, yes. But it was pretty awesome.

Can we stop the miniturisation of people's names please? We are not the gutter press and as intelligent people can spend a few extra seconds typing all the letters of a name.

Everytime I see or hear a RoGro or SuBo or something like, it really is a cringeworthy moment.

Rant over.

Back on topic, thanks for the news. She is hot.

Exactly. This is F1, not PGR4

Just read that there'll be a 10 lap Historic F1 race after the British GP :D

I kind of liked the circuit that was in NFS: Shift.

Could we recreate that?

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I can't really recall a F1 race right in the middle of a major city. Only I can think of Monaco with Monte Carlo.

Montjuich Park wasn't in the middle of Barcelona so it doesn't really apply.

If Bernie pulls it off then that would be epic. But he needs a lot of politicial support as at the moment, only Birmingham can allow road racing and London will need to go through everything like:

Support from the people living around the circuit and businesses as well,

Support from the local councils and Government.

Support from MPs to enable the London "Road Race" Bill to go through consultations, amendments and countless meetings behind close doors and in Parliament.

And of course for the Queen to give the Bill the Royal Assent to rubber stamp the Bill to allow racing in London

It will be a logistical nightmare with the roads, transport, businesses and residents alike.

If it pulls it off then I am definitely going as it is a rare opportunity to samples a British street race even with Formula One racing in it!
