Alex MacDowell has said he will be back too. Looks like the grid is filling up.

It'd be great to see Paul O'Neill back too.

One possibility I've seen is RML fielding Nash & MacDour.

Yeh, saw that one too. I do think we will see at least one NGTC Cruze on the grid.

And Nash and MacDowell both pay for their drivers, so RML could build a new car.

I beat James Nash in an iRacing race the other day, highlight of my career, lol.

I'm hopeful we don't lose RML altogether as they're a credit to the BTCC, especially now that Plato doesn't drive for them.

Hoping Thompson returns for this year, could do with a bit more talent on the grid.

Are you sure it was the James Nash? I beat a James Nash once, but he was tooling around in the midfield of a fairly average SOF MX5 race, so I'm not convinced. :p

I honestly have no idea, lol - he was English and had the name James Nash (a surname I've never seen before) so I just made the assumption.

To that list starting with Thommo, please add:

Paul O'Neill
Tom Onslow-Cole
Gio
Turks
Steven Kane
Phil Glew

And then the series wouldn't be the same without:

Dave Pinkney
Martin Johnson
John George

Don't get me wrong, everytime I read the word Oryx, it makes me think of that Orly? meme!

Of course it's not. It doesn't make it less sad to lose the team though.

I wonder where that puts MacDowell now then. He said he'll be on the grid in 2012, so would that be Motorbase, or RAR, or maybe STR?

Nash seems likely to be announced as a AON WTCC driver and MacDowell will either be joining him or will be in a Techspeed Cruze

Good for WTCC as they'll be a welcome addition but shame BTCC will be losing TOC and Nash.

MacDowell was miserable enough in a title winning car, he'll be suicidal in a worse one!

Be a shame to lose to striking blue livery, I did like that. Maybe they'll put the cars up for sale...
