They should "remaster" 1967 layout with TecPro and lessons learned from Zandvoort.
Now there's a track I would be excited about.

They should even bring back those curbs as well. No one would cut the corners or try to gain an unfair advantage.

Yeah, that stupid stadium like second slow section kills it. Even more pointless and ridiculous when you already have a real super slow stadium section a little further down the road.

If they used the old layout (without the stadium section) lap times would probably be 60-65 seconds, which means shorter laps, higher average speed, less race time by 10-15 minutes.

Plus they can get an extra what, 30,000 spectators using the stadium?

Yeah, just change the second slow section, to how it was on that Cart onboard.

It staggers me that they're able to fill that huge stadium. I mean, has anything ever happened on that part of the circuit? It must be one of the most boring places to watch F1 cars anywhere on the entire calendar. At least the first few corners have the odd overtake and eventful starts. Maybe it's just for the atmosphere and post race party?

you sure about that? Verstappen gets bodyguards after treats

dont recall Hamilton needing them in Zandvoort even after his stunt in Silverstone.

If they have to use the stadium they should at least turn it into a proper novelty bit of track. Have it do a full 360 with a Race of Champions style bridge. Or two hairpins with 45 degree banking.

Nothing rarely happens on the main straight of an F1 track, except for the start, yet people seem to pile into those seats by the 1000's.

Edit: And Hadjar for AT.

Add Pourchaire and Bearman (Haas) to the list.
